Common questions
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Add products to the cart, fill in your name, phone and address at checkout, and place the order. Nothing else.
Is cash on delivery really available?
Yes, on every order up to ₹30,000. You pay the delivery person when the product reaches your hand.
How much will my repair cost?
Every service on the repair page shows a starting price. Jobs marked fixed price cost exactly that. The rest depend on the fault and the part, and we confirm the figure by phone after diagnosis — before anything is ordered or opened further.
My laptop is very slow. Should I buy a new one?
Usually not. On a machine four to seven years old, a ₹3,190 SSD plus ₹399 fitting normally does more than ₹40,000 of new laptop would. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly which case yours is.
Will I lose my data during a repair?
We back up your drive before a format or an OS install, and restore it afterwards with you watching. For anything irreplaceable, keep your own copy too — that is true of any repair shop.
Do you deliver outside Falakata?
Yes. Local PIN codes get 1–2 day delivery. Anywhere else in India goes by courier in 3–6 days with a ₹149 delivery charge.
