How a repair works here
You book a slot online or just walk in. We diagnose the machine and call you with a price. Nothing is ordered and nothing is opened further until you say yes. If a job turns out not to be worth doing, we tell you that instead of doing it — the ₹300 diagnosis fee is all you pay, and on most jobs even that is waived when you go ahead.
Services and starting prices
We can come to you
For desktops, networks, CCTV and office setups, moving the machine is often the hard part. An onsite visit is ₹299 within Falakata, Dhupguri, Birpara, Madarihat and Alipurduar town, and that charge is adjusted against the repair bill if the work is done on the spot.
Laptop repairs are better done at the shop — the bench, the microscope and the spare panels are all here, and it costs you less.
